さぁいよいよ、いよいよ明日から始まります。
今までアメリカ横断とタイトルに書いて来ましたが、僕らの経路を地図に記した場合、Sの形になるため、僕らは ゴーイング S アドベンチャーツアーと呼んでます。
Tomorrow, me and Jay are finally leaving from where we are now which is at Somerville, MA(Boston).
We’re going to start, going across the country by bicycle, tomorrow!!
We named this trip as GOING “S” ADVENTURE because it goes like the shape of letter “S”！
ボストンからLAに向けて！
最初に向かうのは北でございます！！！
北？？って思いますよねw
はい、北です。
We are heading to LA from Boston.
First stop we are heading to is NH.
NH?? Why North??? is what you thought, wasn’t it? Lol
今回カレッジラジオのある大学の街を巡って行くわけなのですが、Top50にリストされていたカレッジラジオのある大学の場所を調べたところ、海沿いに多いことがわかりました。
ところがJayも僕も東側の海沿いではなく、まだ行ったことのない初体験となる内側のアメリカを見てみたい！ということで、内側にあるカレッジラジオで有名な大学のあるコースを選びました。
その中でも自分らの行きたい街、避けたい山脈や季節的なことを考えた結果、こういう行き方になりました。
それに、一直線で西に向かうよりも、Sという訳の分からぬ形で、西に向かうのに初っ端から北という方向音痴な行き方の方が話をしてて面白いだろうというのも一つの理由ですw
On this tour, we are going to go through college radios. When we looked up a list of top50 college radio stations, most of them were found at near either coast sides. However, Jay and I thought it would be much more interesting to visit mid USA, because we’ve never been there yet.
Therefore, we decided to take another way of getting into south with visiting college radio stations those were listed on the same list we saw earlier but those not at the east coast side.
To avoid as much mountains and bad weather as we can, we decided to go to a little bit north first, and then go West to the Indiana, then take down to South of the New Orleans to LA.
Plus, we thought it’s a good story to say we are heading west but going North first :)

こうなる前に南に行かねば！！！
I love winter views very much. However, we must go down to south before winter starts!!!!
旅立ち前日の夜、僕らは何をしているかというと、自転車に荷物をどうやって積み込むか試行錯誤中ですw
そう、ライブもやったし、ボストンでのカレッジラジオ収録もしたけど、旅立ちの準備はまだ終わっていません(> <)
出発時間は明日の朝11時！
出発まであと12時間！余裕余裕！！
A night before we leave, we are still trying to figure out how we gonna stock our stuff on our bicycles.
We’ve done a house gig, a prerecording gig with a college radio, however we are not ready to start yet lol
Although, for sure we are leaving tomorrow at 11am.
Before the time we leave, we have 12 hours left. That’s plenty :)
