Hello everyone! My name is Hugh Yamada, not Your Mother but YaMaDa all the way from Japan!
When you read my last blog, you might thought doing cross country in Japan for 1 year sounds too long. According to the Wikipedia, the size of Japan is 1/25 of the USA.
If I'm gonna do the same way in the United States, I will take 25 years to finish travelling only for the USA!! That is too long.
However, for Japan, travelling for 1 year was great experience and it was perfect!
(Hard to see but this was how I traveled in Japan. From the north part of Japan, Hokkaido, to South part of Japan, Okinawa. I wasn't going straight.)
I could experience 4 seasons and all events through out the year.
Each seasons have different characters and they all are amazingly beautiful.
Rice fields, Mountains, Rivers, Sea, Trees, Flowers, Sunsets, all those natures.
Festivals, Harvests, Fireworks, Castles, Traditional Architectures.
When I travelled in Japan "BEAUTIFUL" was the most often word that I used.
I'm just gonna post few photos that I took during the trip.
I have a lot more but that's it for now.
I am looking forward to see American Beauty this time by bicycle!
